Richard Dodge has been involved in the real estate field for over 29 years. Starting in the mid seventies, Richard moved to the Portland area and started buying old housing stock that had seen better days. There were great opportunities for those willing to work hard and take chances, which Richard chose to do. After remodeling a number of these, it seemed a smooth transition to helping others in this endeavor. Richard received his real estate license over 20 years ago, and has been helping others with their commercial and business options ever since. He is a huge Boston Red Sox fan, and has been known to restore more then a few old motorcycles.
