Juliana Tonini is Licensed Associate Broker and has been practicing
Commercial Real Estate for more than five years. She provides in-depth
knowledge of the Maine commercial real estate market and has extensive
experience with Buyer, Seller, Tenant and Landlord representation. She
specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well
as Business Brokerage. Prior to joining Magnusson Balfour Juliana spent
several years in Sales for a Yacht Charter Company in Maine, and also
operated a yacht charter business in the Virgin Islands. With her

Linda
Hertell Linda has been in the real estate management & investment field for nearly 25 years, both as an owner/investor and as a housing developer for a non-profit agency. Her extensive background in business ownership (MaineBiz magazine once called her a “serial entrepreneur”) along with a variety of volunteer and paid positions in the non-profit community add up to a wealth of real life experience that business owners can readily relate to. Linda has won several business-related awards, including the Androscoggin Chamber’s 2002 “Business of the Year” and the Lewiston-Auburn Growth Council’s “Economic Development Award” in 2003.
