Juliana Tonini is Licensed Associate Broker and has been practicing Commercial Real Estate
for more than five years. She provides in-depth knowledge of the Maine commercial real estate market and has extensive experience with Buyer, Seller, Tenant and Landlord representation. She specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as Business Brokerage. Prior to joining Magnusson Balfour Juliana spent several years in Sales for a Yacht Charter Company in Maine, and also operated a yacht charter business in the Virgin Islands. With her experience in sales and working with people Juliana's aim is to deliver results and she looks forward to helping you reach your business goals and real estate needs.

Juliana possesses a captain's license and is an active volunteer with the MS Society.
