Benita has been with Magnusson Balfour for 7.5 years. During that time, she worked as the Office Manager/Marketing Director for 5 years. With 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and database management, it seemed a natural progression to move into brokerage. Benita was licensed as a Sales Agent in 2006 and received her Associate Brokers license in 2007.

Benita's specialty is in service related businesses, including the Salon/Spa industry, Day Care Centers, Restaurants & Café's, & Retail. She also works in Commercial Sales & Leasing. Buyer Representation is a large part of her business. Memberships include the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce, an Associate Membership in PROPEL and a member of Bold Women's Network. She holds a business degree from the University of Southern Maine.
